Harbour Grand Hong Kong Hotel

The hotel had a majestic lobby and a fantastic building. The views from the hotel were amazing and the rooftop area was a great spot for drinks with a decent view of the harbor. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of food options. The ample windows facing the bay provided a well-lit and enjoyable dining experience. The staff, particularly the greeter/coordinator/manager at breakfast, was attentive and hardworking. They were great too cater to guest needs and remember specific details.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the stunning view of Victoria Harbour from the 37th-floor room. The club member privileges were fantastic, with complimentary breakfast on the 41st floor and a great cocktail hour on the rooftop deck. The room and bathroom were perfect, with a rainfall shower head and a luxurious bathtub. The hotel's location near the Fortress Hill MTR station made it easy to explore the city.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the MTR station and it only takes a few minutes to walk to nearby restaurants. The 188 restaurant is a great place to have breakfast, with lots of choices and a nice atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great views of the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The pool at the hotel is quite shallow, which may be a downside for those who enjoy swimming.

Excellent cleanliness and stylishly decorated rooms with great views and lots of natural light. Well-equipped facilities including a kitchen area and spacious bathroom with both bath and shower setup. Convenient location in an 'earthy' working class area near Fortress Hill metro station. Friendly staff who provide really good service.

Nothing not to love.

The pancake/waffle section during breakfast was delicious and made our mornings special. We appreciated the attentive service provided by Queenie, making us feel welcomed. we recommend Harbour Grand for exploring the area.

As young people, we loved the spacious rooms with a kitchenette and the amazing view over the harbor. The staff was incredibly helpful and the hotel had a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel fulfilled all of our needs for a luxurious and exclusive stay. the spa and wellness center, complete with sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, was particularly appealing. the sun terrace offered spectacular views of the city. the restaurant and bar areas were tastefully decorated and provided private facilities for a truly intimate experience.

But these were minor issues that did not detract from the overall experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break. It was conveniently close to all the popular tourist sites and the MTR station was just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel were amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were modern and clean, and we especially loved the washrooms. The view from the hotel was amazing and we found ourselves missing it even after we left. the lounge on the upper floor was a great place to relax and enjoy the fine surroundings.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the overall appearance of the hotel. The colors, fittings, and lighting in the corridors made them feel a bit gloomy and in need of refurbishment.

The wait staff at the hotel were efficient but less than friendly, which could be attributed to a language barrier.

Perfect service from arrival to departure. The club lounge upgrade was definitely worth it, with amazing views and good refreshments. Special shout-out to Mary for her really good care of our room. Convenient location near MTR station. highly recommended.
